Pop princess Colbie Caillat sold her Westlake Village home last month for $1.6 million, and now she has purchased a new home in Hidden Hills, CA, beautifully listed by Marc Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
The price of the new manse is $6.1 million, according to Variety, and much like her old SoCal Craftsman, Colbie Caillat’s new place is a single-level affair—meticulously landscaped with an interior awash with all things light, bright, and airy.
