Although headaches come with the territory, coaching in the NBA can be quite lucrative. As proof, former Los Angeles Lakers coach Mike D’Antoni is selling his pad in Manhattan Beach, CA, for a whopping $9.8 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
That’s a lot of cash—especially when you consider the property is only 5,000 square feet.
“If you’re reading about this from other parts of the world, it sounds crazy,” said Ed Kaminsky, the listing agent and owner of Sports Star Relocation. But for Manhattan Beach, this atypical property is “unbelievable,” he said.
