A California estate once owned by comedian Eddie Murphy is slated to go on the market this week for $12 million.
If it fetches that price, it will be the most expensive home ever sold in the Sacramento, Calif., area, said broker Nick Sadek of NRS Luxury Estates, who is co-listing the property with Jon Kirkpatrick of Chase International.
