As one of the leading three-point shooters in the NBA, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry is used to scoring from “downtown.” Now, after a few attempts, he’s finally scored from near Oakland’s Jack London Square with the sale of his penthouse apartment for $1.499 million—a lower price than originally sought.
Curry is used to getting nothing but net on his shots, but he apparently didn’t net much in this deal. According to the property history, the unit was purchased for $1.475 million in 2012. It was listed in September for $1.695 million and, after three price cuts and a brief delisting, finally sold earlier this month.
