On July 1, FHA will release new rules for condo financing; NAR wants to ensure the rules are fair and reasonable. Ron Phipps, President of the National Association of Realtors, meet with the acting head of the FHA to review the new rules and to make sure condos get a fairer treatment from the FHA, as condos are an important part of our country's housing.
