It takes six to eight hours for buyers to properly tour Florida’s most expensive home, according to listing agent William P.D. Pierce.
It’s not because the agent drags his feet across the home’s soundproof floors (yes, you read that right). It’s because the 60,000-square-foot Palais Royal in Hillsboro Beach, FL, is so massive and jam-packed with features (both visible and behind the scenes), that Pierce
needs to be on hand to give a detailed, guided tour to each visitor.
