“Transformers” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” director Michael Bay knows his way around a blockbuster, even when it comes to real estate.
The action-happy filmmaker has sold his home in the celebrity-preferred enclave of Bel Air in Los Angeles. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that New York developer Zach Vella was the buyer of Bay’s residence, which was designed by late Bel Air Country Club and Santa Barbara Museum architect Jack Warner.
